College students and adults, 18-29, living in New York City. They tend to be single and live alone or with roommates. They have low incomes due to their part-time or entry-level jobs. They don't have money for a lot of luxuries, therefore they tend to buy fast food and discount clothes. They have a wide range of interests in genre, content, and subject when it comes to media. However, they have little interest in print, but connect well to digital media and prefer to learn about brands from online. They are likely to go out of their way to buy a product, especially if a brand engages them with an incentive or connecting message.

Insight:

People tend to think about themselves as the main character in their own lives. This is especially true of this demographic since they are only responsible for themselves at this point in their life and finding their adult identity.

Key Message:

Compared to other streaming services, Hulu has the most unique and niche content.
